Traction Room provided the project and contract management on behalf of Broadspectrum (the constructor) for the construction and handover phase of this project. The project interfaced with a live rail corridor on the site boundary and involved an asbestos removal component. The electrical and security (lighting and CCTV) was also managed by Traction Room.
